Dennis Prager, co-founder of PragerU, is a New York Times best-selling author of ten books, including a multi-volume commentary on the Torah—The Rational Bible. A Fellow at Columbia University’s School of International Affairs, where he did graduate work at the Middle East and Russian Institutes, he was appointed by President Ronald Reagan to the U.S. delegation to the Vienna Review Conference on the Helsinki Accords, and by President George W. Bush to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council. He holds an honorary doctorate of law from Pepperdine University.

On November 12, 2024, Dennis suffered a catastrophic fall resulting in a severe spinal injury, forcing him to suspend his 40-year career as a radio talk show host and syndicated columnist. He is still recovering from this injury.
