Can American Intervention Work?

Mayor Mayer Mizrachi says Panama is the example critics of American intervention never want to talk about. The U.S. helped create the country, removed its dictator in 1989, and the result has been the longest unbroken run of capitalist democracy in all of Latin America. While every other country in the region swings between left and right, Panama stays Panama. Why don't we hear more about America's positive influence around the world?
