Eve Barlow is a Los Angeles–based music and pop culture journalist. After graduating from the University of Manchester in 2007 with a Bachelor of Laws degree (with honors), she pursued a career in media. She previously served as deputy editor of New Musical Express (NME) and currently contributes to New York Magazine, The Guardian, Billboard, the Los Angeles Times, Pitchfork, and GQ, among other publications. Barlow is also an outspoken voice on Jewish identity, Zionism, and the fight against antisemitism on social media, and she has shared her views in outlets such as Tablet Magazine. She was named one of The Algemeiner’s “Top 100 People Positively Influencing Jewish Life” in both 2020 and 2021.
