
Meaghan Mobbs
Nongovernmental, Policy, and Academic Leader
Dr. Meaghan Mobbs is a West Point graduate, former Army paratrooper, and combat veteran of Afghanistan. She is president of the R.T. Weatherman Foundation, which has delivered more than $150 million in humanitarian aid to Ukraine. Mobbs also directs the Center for American Safety and Security at Independent Women. A clinical psychologist by training, Mobbs earned her doctorate at Columbia University studying what happens to veterans when they come home. A Tillman Scholar, she was the youngest person ever appointed by a president to West Point's Board of Visitors. She and her husband, Michael, whom she met as a cadet, live in Virginia with their two daughters.
