A respected legal scholar and policy expert, Malcolm focuses on constitutional law, criminal justice reform, national security, and religious liberty. He previously served as a Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the U.S. Department of Justice, an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Atlanta, and as Executive Vice President at the Motion Picture Association of America.
