You can apply for a free Book Fair in a Box and go through a two to four weeks approval process, or purchase your own Book Fair on Amazon and get started right away.

Today, many schools and libraries rely on books from companies like Scholastic Inc.—often filled with confusing, political, or even inappropriate messages for children.

PragerU Kids is proud to offer our Book Fair in a Box through two convenient paths. Whether you’re applying for a donor-funded kit or purchasing your own, you’ll receive everything you need to bring uplifting, age-appropriate stories to children in your community.
Apply for a Free Book Fair in a Box (Donor Program)
Our donor-supported program provides a limited number of free Book Fair in a Box kits. After submitting your application, a PragerU representative will contact you to confirm eligibility, review program requirements, and help you prepare your space. Please note:
- Approval is not guaranteed
- Processing may take additional time (2-4 weeks)
- Participants agree to share photos and/or videos of their book fair in action with PragerU
This option is ideal for K–12 schools or organizations that have limited budgets and are able to participate in our follow-up process.

Book Fair in a Box Includes 16 PragerU Titles:
The 16 selected PragerU Kids books, shown here, align with state k12 social studies standards and core American cultural literacy, while offering children a fun and engaging reading experience. Kids love PragerU because our stories are entertaining, and parents trust us because our content is always appropriate.
A free Book Fair in a Box includes PragerU’s recommended selection: 3 copies of each paperback title and 1 one copy of each hardcover — 44 books total — to help build out a complete book fair and ensure there are always books available for students to read.
If you’re purchasing your own set and would like to order fewer or more copies of individual titles than the suggested quantities, you can easily customize your order on our Amazon page.

Here’s how it works:
1. Fill out the form below, whether you are applying for free or purchasing your own.
2. After approval or purchase, look out for an email from BookFairInABox@PragerU.com with additional items such as: how-to guide, assembly instructions, list of books and descriptions, stand banners, promotional fliers, and shareable social media assets. All of these items are also available for download directly from this website (below)
3. After approval or purchase, Book Fair in a Box will be shipped to your school or location of your choice.
4. Set up your Book Fair following the How-To Guide (below). PragerU Recommends: finding a permanent home for your Book Fair! Somewhere where it can live forever, for kids to enjoy and read all year long! Permanent space of 6’ (L) x 3’ (W) x 6’ (H) required.
5. Host your Book Fair! You can utilize the promotional fliers and social media assets we will share with you to organize & promote a Book Fair Event that invites parents and students to explore our inspiring displays and stories together.
6. Encourage parents to order their own books by using the QR codes displayed on the book stand banners.
7. We'd love to see your book fairs in action! Share pictures and videos with PragerU by emailing us at BookFairInABox@PragerU.com, tagging us on social media @PragerUkids, and including #BookFairInABox in all your posts!
