Ammon Blair

Ammon Blair is an American border-security specialist, former U.S. Border Patrol agent, and U.S. Army veteran. He currently serves as a Senior Fellow with the Texas Public Policy Foundation’s Secure & Sovereign Nation Initiative, where he focuses on border security, transnational criminal organizations, and national-security issues. Blair spent more than 20 years in the U.S. Army and more than a decade with the Border Patrol in the Rio Grande Valley, including work as an intelligence agent and Marine Border Patrol Agent. He has also served as a consultant to the Operation Lone Star Task Force and frequently speaks publicly on immigration and border-security policy.
