Rep. Elise Stefanik

Elise Stefanik is an American Republican politician serving as the U.S. representative for New York’s 21st Congressional District. Born in Albany in 1984, she graduated from Harvard University and began her career working in the George W. Bush administration before entering Congress in 2015. Stefanik became the youngest woman ever elected to Congress at the time and later served as chair of the House Republican Conference. She is currently a senior member of the House Armed Services and Intelligence Committees and serves in House Republican leadership.
