The radical Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (“DEI”) agenda has infected our aviation industry and airlines, leading to the hiring of unskilled and unqualified airplane mechanics, engineers, and even pilots. This madness must end before it's too late. Sign this petition now to tell airlines to stop prioritizing dangerous DEI policies over our safety!
When it comes to the radical Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (“DEI”) agenda, it appears that the sky truly is the limit.
The DEI ideology has spread from college campuses to nearly every major industry and organization in American society today, including our airlines.
Companies throughout the aviation industry have made it clear that they are now prioritizing DEI goals at the expense of passenger safety. This includes the hiring and promotion of unskilled and grossly unqualified airplane mechanics, engineers, and even pilots.
United Airlines, for instance, recently bragged about their racial and gender quotas which resulted in 80% of their pilot graduating class being "women or people of color." But they are not alone. American Airlines, Southwest, Delta, Alaska, JetBlue, Frontier, Spirit, and even Boeing have touted similar DEI commitments and hiring quotas based on gender and race.
Meanwhile, the FAA—the government agency responsible for regulating all commercial air travel in the U.S.—recently announced a new "diversity and inclusion" program to hire people with "severe intellectual disabilities" and "psychiatric disabilities."
These DEI decisions are an affront to everything America stands for—hard work, merit, excellence, and colorblindness—and they are putting Americans at grave risk.
Our safety should never take a back seat to fulfill this anti-meritocratic and anti-American DEI agenda. Airlines need to hire the best people for the job based on merit and put an end to this insane DEI agenda before it's too late.
