Dear Corporate America:
You may tout DEI as a noble and virtuous cause, but in reality, DEI is nothing more than a representation of a racist, dangerous, and anti-American ideology.
DEI pushes the idea that people should be judged by their race, gender, sexual orientation, or perceived "oppression" rather than by their character, abilities, work ethic, or qualifications. This ideology has infiltrated almost every aspect of American life—from academia and the airline industry to medical institutions and corporate America.
Many of our country’s largest companies—Google, Boeing, United Airlines, Disney, Mattel, and others—have adopted DEI policies. These corporations are now openly hiring and promoting people based on their skin color and sexual orientation instead of merit.
This approach undermines the very principles that define America: hard work, merit, and fairness. DEI is not just misguided; it is dangerous. It puts the future of our nation at risk.
We are writing this letter to inform you that we can no longer stand by and allow your DEI policies to destroy our nation.
DEI is an affront to America's core values, and we must cast it into the dustbin of history alongside all the other racist and discredited ideas of the past.
We demand that you immediately abandon all DEI policies and practices.
Put simply, it's time for DEI to DIE.
