Civics 101

Civics 101 for Kids and Teens
Nearly a third of America’s eighth graders scored “below basic” in civics on the most recent Nation’s Report Card. Students need PragerU Kids Civics 101. This engaging course teaches where our rights come from, how the Constitution was written, what each branch of government does, and what it means to be an American citizen.
Sign up today and give your kids the civics education too many government schools no longer teach.

One Topic, Three Age Levels
Every day of the course covers one civics topic at three different levels: a story or craft for ages K–3, a history lesson for grades 3–6, and a deeper dive for grades 6 and up. A kindergartner and a high schooler learn the same idea on the same day—and can actually talk about it together at the dinner table!

Free Educational Resources
You'll receive three videos each day—one for each age group—plus worksheets, lesson plans, crafts, and coloring pages. Key concepts from the videos can be reinforced through simple activities and discussion prompts. It's civics made easy and fun for the home, the classroom, or on the go!
