
Vince Haley
24th Director of the Domestic Policy Council
Vince Haley is the 24th Director of the Domestic Policy Council, where he leads President Donald Trump's agenda across: education, healthcare, social policy, and infrastructure. He came to the role in January 2025 after years as one of President Trump's speechwriters, helping craft major addresses including the State of the Union. Vince studied government at William & Mary and earned his J.D. and a master's degree from the University of Virginia, then practiced law in New York and San Francisco. He worked more than a decade with former Speaker Newt Gingrich as a policy strategist and as campaign manager. He lives in Virginia with his family.
