Stanley Goldfarb is an American physician, author, and academic leader. A nephrologist by specialty, he served for decades as a professor and Associate Dean for Curriculum at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania, and directed research on kidney disease funded by the NIH. He is the author of Take Two Aspirin and Call Me By My Pronouns and chairs the advocacy organization Do No Harm, which challenges diversity, equity, and inclusion policies in medical education and opposes gender-affirming treatments for youth. Beyond academia, he has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and served on multiple editorial boards.
