Sheikh Khalid Al-Hail
Qatari Politician and Businessman
Sheikh Khalid Al-Hail is a Qatari businessman based in London and Monaco. He is the founder and president of the Qatar National Democratic Party, which advocates for a constitutional monarchy in Qatar.
Al-Hail has organized international conferences and spoken extensively about Qatar’s political system, regional security, Iran, Hamas, and Qatar’s relationships with Western countries and Israel. He has described himself as a leader of the Qatari opposition and has lived outside Qatar since leaving the country in 2014–15.
