Jesse Arm

Jesse Arm is an American political strategist, pollster, writer, and Vice President of External Affairs at the Manhattan Institute, where he oversees communications, government relations, and public-opinion research. Before joining the Manhattan Institute, he worked in political polling and data analytics and advised campaigns, advocacy organizations, and corporations. He has also worked for Senator Tom Cotton and Representative Dan Benishek. Arm graduated with honors from the University of Michigan with a degree in international political economy and studied language and international affairs at Tel Aviv University. His commentary has appeared in outlets including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Atlantic, Fox News, and City Journal.
