eCommerce Manager

The eCommerce Manager role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and holistic wellbeing of the PragerU e-commerce store currently grossing about half a million in revenue. They will be responsible for ensuring technical backend features are routinely updated and functioning properly and storefronts are regularly maintained in order to optimize customer experience and maximize revenue.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle process of our Shopify store, review merchandise options ranging from t-shirts, hats, and other branded items
Manage all aspects of customer experience journey and handle customer service as needed
Market the store as a piece of the larger PragerU eco-system (text campaigns, email campaigns, pop-ups, social media)
Update and maintain product info including titles, descriptions, images, etc. within the backend of the eCommerce platform as needed
Prepare product and/or shipping discounts and execute store-wide sale events
Ensure the store front-end merchandising, taxonomy, and functionality are optimized for customer experience
Work cross-functionally with various internal teams including design and marketing to successfully execute key campaign moments on storefronts
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4+ years of experience in merchandising, project management, e-commerce, logistics/supply chain, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office)
Experience or strong working knowledge of Shopify Plus
Intermediate knowledge of inventory and sales reporting
Strong retail math and analytical skills
Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
Self-starter who can complete tasks and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Some Photoshop experience is preferred
Experience with WordPress themes required
Knowledge of HTML, CSS a plus
