David Wehrly is Vice President and COO of Wedgewood Enterprise Corporation. One of the original partners in the company, he has been involved in every aspect of the business, and currently splits his time between ensuring the smooth operation of the organization and spearheading new opportunities and businesses.
Mr. Wehrly joined Wedgewood in 1986 after spending two years as a sales manager with Procter & Gamble. He is a graduate of both the United States Marine Corps Officer Candidate Program and UCLA’s class of 1984. He was the initial force behind the company’s establishment of its brokerage and escrow units, as well as its apartment business. On behalf of Wedgewood, he successfully negotiated a 50 year ground lease for the Hawthorne Airport, making Wedgewood the effective owner of the airport through 2055. David is the former Chairman of the Board of St. John Bosco High School and is both a Big Brother and active supporter of the Big Brother program.
